Frequently Asked Questions

Why choose a keepsake urn?

Keepsakes let more than one person keep a loved one close. At 5 cubic inches, this one holds a small portion of ashes from the main urn.

How do I put ashes inside?

Work over a clean sheet of paper. Open the keepsake, spoon in a small amount using a funnel, and close it securely. Some families add a drop of sealant to keep it closed for good.

How do I keep the finish looking new?

Dust it gently with a soft, lint-free cloth, and avoid water and chemical cleaners to protect the finish.

When will my order ship?

Place your order before 1:00 PM CST on a weekday and it ships the same business day. Engraved pieces ship the same day once the proof is approved by 1:00 PM CST, and anything completed later ships the next business day. We are open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
